Our Director, Alan, was raised between worlds – born to Russian parents in Moscow, shaped by five countries, and fluent in five languages. Through this experience, he developed a unique understanding of how profoundly education shapes a young person's identity and trajectory.
He went on to earn a scholarship to Eton College, before reading Law in London despite offers from Ivy League universities. This lived experience: navigating countries, cultures and elite institutions firsthand, lies at the heart of Reign's proven track record of successfully advising families.
His breadth of experience also gives him a rare ability to connect with young people: to find common ground, build genuine trust, and nurture long-term relationships with the families he serves.
